19-Wire Frame Analysis:

Function description

1.1 Electric hoist controller is suitable for multiple synchronous control of electric hoist or  single electric hoist. Maximum control of 4 units; This controller can carry out single lifting and multiple synchronous take-off and landing for electric hoist, with good synchronization performance.

Line Connection

2.1 The main power cord is connected by 32A Waterproof connector to the "power INPUT" ⑮ socket, connected to the main supply. "POWER SWITCH" Turn on the power switch ⑭ ; If there is an electrical connection,  the "power" led ⑪ , is lit at the same time.

2.2 The control line of each electric hoist is programmed to insert the ① connection jack (4*16A waterproof plug) respectively. One line can only be connected to an electric hoist. In the wiring process to pay attention to the link hoist extension cord to the line order should be good, to avoid each gourd phase sequence is different.

2.3 Electric hoist handle Controller connector is connected to the control ⑫ of the host.

Control of Electric Hoist:

※The key switch controls the control power of each electric hoist; 

※Press Start button "start" to power up; 

※The control power switch of each road hoist, namely: to use this channel, just put the control power switch "on".

※The direction selector switch of each channel’s hoist, namely: When switch to "UP", Corresponding to this hoist up the channel, the host relative direction LED light;  Corresponding to this hoist drop the channel, the host relative direction LED light; When tswitch to the middle position, the corresponding hoist stops; 

※The reverse selection switch of each channel’s hoist; the reverse selector switch of each channel’s hoist  be to  "+”; When the control direction of the hoist movement direction and the directional choice switch is opposite, The corresponding reverse selection switch  "-" to correct the hoist movement direction.

3.1 Single Hoist lifting

Select the rise and fall of the 1-channel single hoist and  and turn"on" with the 1-channel control power switch, Other control power switch to "off", And then pull the direction selector switch. When switch to "up", the 1-channel  LED of the host will be lit (green).When  switch to "Down”, the corresponding 1-channel LED of the host drops (yellow) will light up. When you select a direction, press Start button "start" to achieve the rise or fall of the hoist. The other  is the same as the 1-channel operation method.

3.2 Multi-hoist control at the same time

After connecting the power and control lines of many hoists. The control power switch to "on", multiple options. Then pull the direction to choose the switch, more than one to select multiple, Quantity is determined by the number  of hoists to be controlled. To go up at the same time, turn the direction selection switch all to "up". All is the rising light (green) light, selected and then press the Start button "Start", at this time the hoists will be all up. As long as the direction of the selection switch all to "down", and the drop Light (yellow) light, and then press the Start button "Start" can be achieved down.

Precautions

★ A place where the console is dry and not wet when used.

★To carry out the operation, the scene must have a command personnel to observe the speaker or lamp racks in the     ascent and descent process of the operation, It must be immediately stopped  if something happened.

★Select switch and run switch need to be released after  stopped to prevent from misoperation.

★Released the selection switch,turn off the main switch and main power suppply after the operation.
