The Lighting And Sound System Project In Shunde Arts Center

Shunde Arts Center is a comprehensive grand theater, cultural architecture group’s key project in Shunde district, one of the most important venue of the 7th Asian Arts Festival that is hosted by Foshan. In June 2001, this project started collecting design scheme, started working in January 2004 and was opened on October 2005. The area of construction is about 32 thousands m² that is combine with grand theater, music hall, affiliated building of music college and the investment is about 0.256 billion. There is 1513 seats of grand theater and is divided into 3 floors underground(-12 meters) and 6 floors above ground(the height of building is 36 meters) and the music hall has 561 seats. The grand theater and music hall are both equipped with modern stage machine, intelligent lighting and sound equipment, what’s more, the grand theater can hold some comprehensive performance activities like: large-scale symphony, dancing and singing drama, opera and some classical music, folk music and modern music can be held in the music hall.
